And you think you’re “processing”. That you’re “working” on it. That all that time in your head is doing something.

It’s not. It’s self-destruction in slow motion.

You think you’re solving. You’re making it unsolvable.

Works like this. Something happens. Rejection, mistake, fight, shitty moment. Happens. To everyone.

Normal person: feels it, processes, moves on. Done.
